Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Savanna Connect ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Savanna Connect provides hospitality management tools — channel sync, bookings, messaging, payouts, and analytics — to short-stay hosts and managers.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, withholding) which are added at checkout.
• You may cancel renewal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Charges already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of property listings, photos, messages, and guest data you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• list properties you are not authorised to rent;
• upload illegal, infringing, or misleading content;
• misuse guest data or send unsolicited marketing;
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access other tenants' data.

6. Payouts

Payouts are routed via licensed payment partners (M-Pesa, Pesapal, bank transfer, Stripe). Payout timing depends on the provider and any KYC checks required.

7. Third-party services

When you connect Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or other OTAs, you authorise us to act on your behalf under their terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or policies.

8. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but the Service is provided "as is". Planned maintenance is announced where possible.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail payment, or pose a risk to other users. You can close your account at any time from Settings.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and require renewed acceptance before continued use.
